A Loner’s Story
Friends all over,
Not a single moment to spare
Thought myself to be fortunate
Blessed with people who care.
A sickness yelled
Pain unraveled
Rushed for rescue
Destiny seemed like hell
Healer’s hands touched
Gave comfort relieved pain
Laid alone in sick bed
Awaiting sweet wishes from friends
Not a single friend called
No one seem to bother
A distant soul caught in grief
No one seem to remember
Lesson learnt out of pain
We are all loners
The only one who cares
Is our self and no one.
